Due to our clinic being a smaller clinic and our rooms not having a lot of space - we are only allowing one person per appointment and no children. If children have to attend we do offer curbside appointments, we do not offer reception area child care.
Appointment Deposit Policy
With the increased demand for appointments and wait times for veterinary services, it has become more challenging for out clients to schedule timely visits. Coupled with this, we have seen an increase in the number of clients failing to show up for scheduled appointments despite email and text reminders. To keep appointments available and reduce wait times for all patients - Animal and Exotic Wellness Center requires a deposit to schedule an appointment for new clients and existing clients who have had two or more missed appointments. The amount is fully credited to their visit and is only non-refundable if the patient doesn't attend the scheduled appointment or gives less than 24 hours' noticed to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Due to increasing credit/debit card processing fees, for cards that don't require the use of a PIN number a 3.5% convenience fee will be added to the transition to cover the processing costs.
Cancellation Policy
Please note once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, you will be subject to a fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so that we can reach out to another client.
~In addition to the cancellation policy for Chiropractic appointments, if you miss your scheduled appointment, cancel or reschedule without a 24 hour notice you will be charged a $30 fee.
All cats and dogs MUST have had/or in the process of having their core vaccines - Rabies and Distemper series to be a patient at our clinic.
ALL CATS MUST BE IN A CARRIER AND ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH WHILE IN THE LOBBY/RECEPTIONIST AREA!
